- 1 tbsp perilla oil

STEPS
Wash chrysanthemum greens thoroughly.
Boil water and add 1 tbsp salt.
Blanch the chrysanthemum greens starting with the stems.
Rinse the greens in cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Cut the greens into bite-sized pieces.
Place the greens in a bowl and add seasoned salt, garlic, and soy sauce.
Taste and adjust seasoning with more seasoned salt if needed.
Add perilla oil and sesame seeds, then mix well.
Transfer to a serving plate.
