INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 6 slices pork loin
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/2 onion
- 1/8 cabbage
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Cheese
- đź§€ 50g pizza cheese
Garnish
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Korean Miso Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Cut the pork loin to remove any tough fibers. Slice the onion into 1cm widths and chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the Korean miso sauce ingredients in a bowl, then add the pork, onion, and cabbage. Mix well to coat evenly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over low heat and add the marinated mixture.
Flip the pork once browned and cook until fully done.
Top with pizza cheese, cover with a lid, and cook until the cheese melts.
