- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp Korean soy sauce
- 🐟 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp perilla seed powder
- 坚果 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, minced
- 1 green chili, minced
- 1 red chili, minced
STEPS
Prepare the vegetables: mince the green onion, green chili, and red chili.
Measure the sauce ingredients: combine soy sauce, Korean soy sauce, fish sauce, cooking wine, chili powder, sugar, perilla seed powder, sesame seeds, and minced garlic in a bowl.
Mix in the prepared vegetables: add the minced green onion, green chili, and red chili to the sauce mixture.
