INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 30g glass noodles
- 100g bean sprouts
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
- 3 sticks imitation crab
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Julienne the cucumber and cut the glass noodles into manageable lengths.
Place the glass noodles and bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container with enough water to cover the noodles. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a bowl, mix the cooked noodles and bean sprouts with the seasoning ingredients.
Add the julienned cucumber and shredded imitation crab to the bowl and toss everything together.
