INGREDIENTS
Basic Ingredients
- 🍚 2 bowls of rice
- 1 cup of kimchi (chopped)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil

STEPS
Heat a pan over medium-low heat. Add sesame oil and stir-fry green onions slightly to release their flavor.
Add kimchi and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes to enhance the flavors.
Add rice and stir well while frying. Adjust flavor with soy sauce.
Put the fried rice on a plate and top it with a fried egg to complete it.
