INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Fish
- 🐟 110g filleted sanma
Vegetables
- 1/2 piece sliced ginger
- 🧅 Chopped green onion as needed
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
STEPS
Slice the ginger into thin strips.
Cut the sanma into three equal pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and cook the sanma on medium heat until both sides are browned.
Add rice, ginger, seasoning ingredients, and water to the rice cooker, mix well, and flatten the rice. Place the sanma on top and cook as usual.
After cooking, remove two pieces of sanma, flake the fish, and mix gently with the rice. Add ground sesame and mix lightly. Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
