INGREDIENTS
Pork
- 🍖 300g pork spare ribs
Seasoning
- 🌾 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Marinade
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🍶 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Pierce the pork ribs with a fork in several places.
Place the pork ribs and all marinade ingredients into a resealable bag. Massage well and marinate in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the marinated ribs on it. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds over the ribs before serving.
