INGREDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🐟 200g sashimi-grade tuna
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp gochujang
Toppings
- 🌰 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion

Pat the tuna dry with paper towels and cut into 1cm cubes.

Mix all the seasoning ingredients (marked ☆) in a bowl, then add the tuna and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Serve cooked rice in bowls, top with marinated tuna, egg yolks, sesame seeds, and chopped green onion.
