INGREDIENTS
Pork
- 400g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥦 2 cups broccoli florets
- 🥕 1 medium carrot, julienned
- đź§„ 3 garlic cloves, minced
Rice
- 🍚 3 cups cooked jasmine rice
Condiments
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Spices
- 1 tsp chili flakes
STEPS
In a small bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and chili flakes.
Heat a wok or large pan and stir-fry pork belly slices until browned and crispy.
Add broccoli and julienned carrot to the pork, stir-frying for 5 minutes.
Pour the prepared sauce over the pork and vegetables, stirring consistently until fully coated and heated.
