INGREDIENTS
Oil
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Dough
- 🍗 1 chicken breast (250g)
- 🥔 1 potato (150g)
- 🌽 20g frozen corn
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- đź§€ 1 tbsp powdered cheese
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Mustard Ketchup Sauce
- 🍅 1.5 tbsp ketchup
- 0.5 tbsp grain mustard
STEPS
Cut the chicken breast into 1cm cubes.
Cut the potato into 1cm cubes, soak in water, then drain. Microwave in a heatproof container for 3 minutes at 600W.
Mix all the dough ingredients in a bowl.
Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape into bite-sized balls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place the dough balls, and pan-fry for about 5 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
Mix the mustard ketchup sauce ingredients in a bowl and serve alongside the cooked potato chicken balls.
