INGREDIENTS
Essentials

- 🥩 ⅓ pound ground beef
- 🧂 salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 24 wonton wrappers
Cheese
- 🧀 1 ¾ cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 🧀 1 ¾ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 🧀 ¾ cup ricotta cheese
Others
- 🍅 1 cup pasta sauce
- 🌿 ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
STEPS
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare muffin cups with cooking spray.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef until browned and crumbly, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the grease.
Cut wonton wrappers into 2 1/4-inch circles with a biscuit cutter. Press one wonton wrapper into the bottom of each muffin cup.
Layer each muffin cup with Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, cooked ground beef, and pasta sauce. Repeat the layering process with a second wonton wrapper and remaining ingredients.
Top each "cupcake" with remaining Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until edges are browned. Let rest in muffin tins for 5 minutes before removing with a knife.
Optionally, garnish with freshly chopped basil before serving.
