INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 160g ground meat
Vegetables
- 150g shredded cabbage
- 1/2 zucchini, julienned
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
STEPS
Shred the cabbage, julienne the zucchini, mince the onion, and finely chop the garlic after removing its core.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan until fragrant, then add onion and sauté until softened. Add ground meat and cook until browned.
Add sake, soy sauce, and ketchup to the pan and stir to combine.
In a bowl, mix cabbage, zucchini, half the grated cheese (1 tbsp), and salt.
Grease a heatproof dish with butter, layer the meat mixture and vegetable mixture alternately, sprinkle remaining cheese (1 tbsp) and black pepper on top, and bake in a toaster for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
