Ingredients

  • 4 iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 beet
  • 1 carrot, medium
  • 6 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

Steps
