INGREDIENTS
Mousse
- 🥛 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 (10 ounce) jar Dickinson's® Lemon Curd, or any flavor Dickinson's Creme Curd
- 🧀 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- ⅛ teaspoon almond extract
Toppings
- 🍓 1 cup fresh mixed berries
- 🌿 1 Mint leaves (optional)
STEPS
Beat heavy cream in a medium bowl until stiff peaks form.
In a small bowl, stir together lemon curd, cream cheese, and almond extract until smooth.
Gently fold the curd mixture into whipped cream until blended.
Divide the mousse into tall stemmed glasses. Top each with fresh mixed berries and garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Keep chilled until serving.
