- 1 1/2 cups lentils

- 28 ounces spaghetti sauce, low-sodium
STEPS
Wash hands with soap and water.
In a large saucepan, brown the ground beef. Drain the fat.
Add onion and garlic to the drained meat. Cook until the onions are soft but not brown.
Add cooked lentils and spaghetti sauce to the pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer gently for 15 minutes.
Serve the sauce over hot cooked spaghetti noodles.
