INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 head lettuce (300g)
- 1 tbsp dried hijiki
☆ Salt Dressing
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- a pinch of black pepper
Topping
- 🌰 a pinch of toasted white sesame seeds
STEPS

Rehydrate the dried hijiki in plenty of water, then drain well.

In a bowl, combine the ☆ ingredients, rehydrated hijiki, and torn lettuce leaves. Mix well.
