    • 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
  • Protein

    • 🌭 3 sausages (60g)
    • 🥚 2 beaten eggs
  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 3 lettuce leaves (90g)

  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 2 tsp soy sauce

Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice garlic and remove the core.

Cut sausages into 1cm slices.

Heat half of the salad oil (1/2 tbsp) in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add beaten eggs and stir with chopsticks until semi-cooked, then remove.

Add the remaining salad oil (1/2 tbsp) and garlic to the pan. Cook over low heat until lightly browned, then add sausages and stir-fry over medium heat.

Add cooked rice and stir until coated with oil. Return the eggs to the pan and stir-fry together.

Add the seasonings (mayonnaise, soy sauce, salt, and pepper) and stir-fry until the rice is fluffy. Add lettuce and stir briefly.
