INGREDIENTS

- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) warm rice
Vegetables
- 🥬 4 lettuce leaves
- 🍅 1/2 tomato
Meat
- 🐖 80g sliced pork
Dairy
- 🧀 2 tbsp pizza cheese
Condiments
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Cut the tomato into wedges (about 6 pieces).
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the pork. Stir-fry until cooked through.
Add the tomato and a pinch of salt and pepper to the pan. Stir-fry until the tomato is coated in oil.
Add the pizza cheese and mix until melted and combined. Then, add the lettuce and stir to combine.
Serve the mixture over a bowl of warm rice.
