    • Pinch of pepper

    • 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

    • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
    • 🥛 2 tbsp milk
    • Mayonnaise to taste
    • 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil

Mince the onion and microwave it for 1 minute at 600W. Drain and let cool. Slice the avocado into 1cm thick pieces.

In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk to moisten. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and minced onion. Mix until sticky and divide into two portions. Shape into 1.5cm thick patties.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties until browned on both sides. Cover and cook on low heat for 7 minutes. Add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce to coat.

Layer 3 lettuce leaves on a plate. Add a slice of tomato, a patty, and avocado slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle with mayonnaise, and top with 3 more lettuce leaves. Repeat for the second burger.
