- 100g lettuce
- 1 stalk green onion

STEPS
Wash the lettuce and tear it into small pieces.
Slice the green onion thinly.
Beat the eggs thoroughly.

Heat a frying pan and add cooking oil, butter, and green onion. Stir-fry until fragrant.
