INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of warm rice (400g)
Meat
- 🥩 100g thinly sliced beef
Dairy
- đź§€ 2 slices of cheese
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 leaves of lettuce (50g)
Condiments
- 2 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- 🌾 2 tsp white sesame seeds
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
STEPS
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes. Add yakiniku sauce and cook until the liquid evaporates.
In a bowl, combine the cooked rice, stir-fried beef, and white sesame seeds. Tear the cheese slices into small pieces and mix gently. Divide the mixture into 4 portions. Place each portion on a piece of plastic wrap, shape into a triangle, and wrap tightly to form rice balls.
Lay out a lettuce leaf and place a rice ball on top. Wrap the lettuce around the rice ball. Repeat for all rice balls.
