INGREDIENTS

- 1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour

- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Wet Ingredients

- 3 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 1/3 cups buttermilk (1%)
- 1 tablespoon oil
STEPS
Wash hands with soap and water.
Preheat griddle.
In a medium bowl, stir or sift dry ingredients together.

Flip the pancake when bubbles appear on the surface; turn only once.
