💡 For an extra crispy texture, ensure the potatoes are completely dry before coating them with the oil and Sriracha mixture.Add extra Sriracha for those who love spicier fries.Feel free to use turkey bacon or vegetarian bacon bits as a substitute for regular bacon.Serve immediately for the best taste and texture, as the fries might lose their crispiness over time.
