    • 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
  • Thickener

    • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
    • 💧 1 tbsp water
  • Garnish

    • To taste chili oil
    • A pinch of pepper

Slice lotus root into 3mm pieces, soak in water, and drain. Slice shiitake mushrooms and green onion.
