INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 100g lotus root
- 100g bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1/2 tsp mustard
STEPS
Peel and slice the lotus root thinly, then blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes.
Rehydrate the dried wakame in water for 5 minutes, then drain well.
Mix the salad oil, ponzu sauce, and mustard in a small bowl to create the dressing.
Combine the lotus root, bean sprouts, and wakame in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over and toss well.
