INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 150g ground chicken
- 100g minced lotus root
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- As needed salad oil
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp mirin
STEPS
Mince the lotus root into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken with salt and pepper until sticky.
Add minced lotus root, soy sauce, sake, mirin, potato starch, and breadcrumbs to the chicken mixture. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the patties until browned on both sides. Remove from heat temporarily.
Add sugar, sake, soy sauce, and mirin to the pan. Return the patties and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats them.
