- 🍗 200g chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🥦 100g broccoli (chopped)
- 50g red bell pepper (sliced)
- 50g bean sprouts
Seasonings
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper powder
STEPS
Slice the chicken breast and prepare the broccoli and red bell pepper.
