INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade tuna
- 70g mizuna greens
- 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 5g fried onion
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Wasabi Butter Sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
- 💧 2 tbsp water
STEPS
Cut mizuna into bite-sized pieces and halve cherry tomatoes.
Season tuna with salt and pepper, then coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a pan and sear tuna for 30 seconds on each side over medium heat. Remove and slice into 1cm pieces.
Discard excess oil from the pan and wipe with a paper towel. Add sauce ingredients and heat over medium until butter melts.
Plate mizuna, cherry tomatoes, tuna slices, and fried onion. Drizzle with wasabi butter sauce.
