INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 200g maitake mushrooms
- 100g ground pork
- 30g glass noodles
- đź§… 1/2 stalk minced green onion
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning Mix
- 2 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź’§ 1 cup water
Thickening Mix
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- đź’§ 2 tbsp water
STEPS
Soak glass noodles in warm water until softened, then drain.
Heat salad oil in a pan and sauté minced ginger and doubanjiang until fragrant.
Add ground pork and cook until browned.
Add maitake mushrooms and minced green onion, stir-frying until softened.
Mix seasoning ingredients and pour into the pan. Bring to a boil.
Add glass noodles and simmer for 2-3 minutes until they absorb the sauce.
Combine cornstarch and water, then add to the pan to thicken the sauce.
Serve hot and enjoy.
