INGREDIENTS
Marinade
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 🌾 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 🧂 Fresh ground black pepper to taste
- 🍁 1 cup maple syrup
Meat
- 🍖 1 ½ pounds pork tenderloin
STEPS
Combine Dijon mustard, sesame oil, garlic, black pepper, and maple syrup in a bowl.
Place pork tenderloin in a shallow dish, coat thoroughly with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Preheat grill to medium-low heat.
Remove pork from marinade, set aside. Transfer remaining marinade to a small saucepan and cook on medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
Brush the grill grate with oil, place the pork on the grate, and grill for 15 to 25 minutes, basting with reserved marinade, until the interior is no longer pink.
