INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Noodles
- 1 pack (60g) glass noodles
Vegetables
- 100g chives
- đź§„ 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 piece minced ginger
- đź§… 1/2 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 200ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Thickener
- 2 tsp water
- 2 tsp potato starch
STEPS
Soak glass noodles in hot water until translucent, then drain and set aside.
Mince garlic, ginger, and green onion. Cut chives into 5cm lengths.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant. Add ground pork and cook until browned.
Push pork to one side, add doubanjiang to the center, and sauté until aromatic. Mix with pork and add glass noodles.
Add water, bring to a boil, then season with sake, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add chives and cook until softened, then add green onion and simmer briefly.
Thicken the sauce with water and potato starch mixture, then turn off heat and drizzle sesame oil over the dish.
