INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 150g ground meat
Tofu
- 300g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 80g green onion, sliced
- 3 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
Seasonings
- š§ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 2 tbsp water
STEPS
Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces. Remove the stems of shiitake mushrooms and slice them into 5mm pieces.
Mix all sauce ingredients (marked ā) in a bowl.
Cut the tofu into 2cm cubes, place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add ground meat, grated garlic, and grated ginger, and stir-fry over medium heat until the meat changes color. Add the sliced vegetables and stir-fry until the green onion softens.
Add the tofu and stir-fry briefly. Pour in the sauce mixture and stir-fry until everything is well combined.
