    • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
    • Sugar 1 tsp

Cut tofu into 2cm cubes, blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes, and drain.

Heat oil in a pan, sautƩ garlic and chili paste over medium heat until fragrant.

Add ground pork, stir until lightly cooked, then add soy sauce, sugar, and 150ml water.

Add tofu to the pan, simmer on low heat, and add cornstarch to thicken the sauce.

Plate the dish and garnish with chopped green onions as desired.
