INGREDIENTS
Pizza Dough
- 🌾 250g of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of dry yeast
- đź’§ 140ml of water
- đź§‚ 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Toppings
- 🍅 100g of tomato sauce
- đź§€ 150g of mozzarella cheese
- 🌿 A few basil leaves
STEPS
Mix the wheat flour and salt in a bowl, make a well in the center, and add yeast, water, and olive oil. Knead until smooth.
Place the kneaded dough in a bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for about 1 hour.
After the dough has risen, flatten it out and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough and arrange the mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle basil leaves on the freshly baked pizza and serve immediately.
