INGREDIENTS
Marinade
- 🥣 ¼ cup soy sauce
- 🍬 ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- 🍷 2 tablespoons sherry
- 1 ½ teaspoons dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 🍖 2 (3/4 pound) pork tenderloins
STEPS
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, dried onion, cinnamon, olive oil, and garlic powder in a resealable plastic bag. Add the pork tenderloins to the bag, seal, and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for 6 to 12 hours.
Preheat your grill to high heat.
Lightly oil the grill grate. Remove the pork tenderloins from the marinade and discard the marinade.
Place tenderloins on the grill and cook for 20 minutes, or until desired doneness. Slice into medallions and serve.
