INGREDIENTS
Base
- 🧀 Cream cheese 200g (bring to room temperature)
- 🍬 Sugar 80g
- 🥚 Eggs 2
- 🥛 Heavy cream 100ml
- 🍞 Cake flour 1 tablespoon
- 🍵 Matcha powder 2 tablespoons
- 🧈 Unsalted butter 50g (melted)
- Biscuits 150g (crushed)
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Crush the biscuits, mix with the melted butter, and press into the base of a pan.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually add sugar, eggs, heavy cream, and matcha powder, mixing well each time.
Add cake flour and mix until there are no lumps of flour.
Pour the cheesecake mixture into the pan and bake for 40 minutes.
After baking, refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
