INGREDIENTS
Pudding Ingredients
- š„ Milk 500ml
- š„ Eggs 2 pieces
- Matcha powder 2 teaspoons
- Sugar 50g
Topping Ingredients
- Biscuits, a few pieces (crushed)

STEPS
Heat milk and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar completely dissolves.
Break eggs into a separate bowl and mix well; gradually add warm milk while stirring to achieve a smooth mixture.
Dissolve matcha powder in a small amount of warm water until smooth, then mix it into the egg mixture.
Strain the pudding mixture through a sieve and pour it into heatproof containers; steam on low heat for about 15 minutes.
Crush biscuits, mix them with butter, and place on top of the pudding as a topping.
