INGREDIENTS
Tofu
- 🧈 80g silken tofu
Sweetener
- 🧂 3 tbsp sugar
Dairy
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🧈 30g melted unsalted butter
Dry Ingredients
- 🌾 70g all-purpose flour
- 🍵 2 tsp matcha powder
- 🧂 1 tsp baking powder
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix tofu and sugar until smooth. Add milk and melted butter, then mix well.
Sift in flour, matcha powder, and baking powder. Fold gently until combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the surface. Bake at 170°C for 15–20 minutes.
