INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
Condiments
- 1 bottle mayonnaise
Seasoning
- đź§‚ a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
STEPS
Spread the chicken thigh flat.
Sprinkle salt and pepper generously on the skin side.
Refrigerate the seasoned chicken for 15 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the fridge and coat it with mayonnaise.
Heat a frying pan on high heat without oil.
Reduce to medium heat and place the chicken skin-side down in the pan.
Apply mayonnaise to the non-skin side of the chicken.
Flip the chicken every 30 seconds for a total of 6 flips (3-4 minutes).
Finish by placing the skin side down, increasing to high heat for 1 minute.
Rest the cooked chicken on a plate for 3 minutes before serving.
