INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 100g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (260g), julienned
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Ketchup, as needed
Cheese
- đź§€ 50g shredded pizza cheese
STEPS
Julienne the potatoes.
Heat olive oil in a tamagoyaki pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook until the color changes. Add julienned potatoes and stir until coated with oil. Season with salt and pepper, then press down with a spatula and cook on low heat for 4–5 minutes until crispy.
Transfer the mixture to a plate and top with shredded pizza cheese. Return it to the pan with the cheese side down and cook on low heat for 3 minutes until crispy.
Cut into serving-sized pieces, plate, and serve with ketchup.
