INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 400g ground meat
- 🥚 1 egg
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/2 onion, minced
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 1 piece ginger, minced
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, minced
Seasonings
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp chili paste
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 150ml water
STEPS
Mince the onion, ginger, and garlic. Separate broccoli into small florets.
Mix ground meat, minced onion, egg, and seasonings in a bowl until sticky. Form into 3cm meatballs and coat with cornstarch.
Combine all chili sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Heat oil in a pot to 170°C and fry the meatballs until golden brown.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, sauté ginger and garlic, then add broccoli and stir-fry until tender.
Add fried meatballs to the pan, coat with oil, then pour in the chili sauce and stir until thickened.
