INGREDIENTS
Pasta / Noodles
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Legumes
- 1 pack natto with sauce
Seaweed
- 1 pack seasoned mekabu
Herbs
- 3 shiso leaves
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seeds
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Mix natto, natto sauce, mekabu, mentsuyu, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Boil water in a pot, cook spaghetti according to package instructions, and drain.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the bowl and mix well.
Serve on a plate, top with torn shiso leaves, and sprinkle white sesame seeds.
