INGREDIENTS
Fruits
- ๐ 1 cup honeydew melon
- ๐ 1 cup cantaloupe
- ๐ 1 cup watermelon
Dairy
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
Dressing
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
STEPS
Add honeydew, cantaloupe, and watermelon to a bowl.
For dressing, add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, orange juice, mint, and agave syrup to a bowl and whisk together, or add to a jar with a tight-fitting lid, cover the jar, and shake well.
Pour as much dressing as desired over melons and mix well.
Add feta and mix again. Garnish with mint leaves, sprinkle with almonds, and drizzle with a small amount of balsamic glaze.
