Melon Salsa

  • 2 cups melon, honeydew, cantaloupe, or watermelon, fresh
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • 1/4 cup onion, red or white
  • cilantro or mint, fresh
  • 1/2 jalapeño
  • 1/4 cup lime juice or lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, white or brown
