INGREDIENTS
Bread
- 🍞 2 slices sandwich bread
Seafood
- 30g mentaiko
Egg
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Cut open the mentaiko skin and extract the contents.
In a bowl, mix mentaiko, boiled egg, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper while roughly mashing the egg to create a mentaiko egg salad.
Spread the mentaiko egg salad evenly on one slice of bread and top with the second slice. Wrap the sandwich in plastic wrap and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Remove the plastic wrap and cut the sandwich into two equal halves.
