- š 100g spaghetti
Seafood
- 50g mentaiko
Legumes
- 1 pack natto
Dairy
- š§ 10g salted butter
Seasoning
- 1 tsp concentrated soy sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
Garnish
- š§ Chopped green onion, as needed
- Shredded seaweed, as needed
STEPS
Cut open the mentaiko and extract the roe.
Place natto in a bowl and mix with the soy sauce and black pepper.
Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain well.
Add the cooked spaghetti, butter, and mentaiko to the bowl with natto. Mix until the butter melts and combines.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion and shredded seaweed.
