INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (400g)
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Seafood
- 1 mentaiko (30g)
Vegetables
- 50g mizuna (1/4 bag)
- đź§… 2 green onions
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning for Fried Rice
- 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- A pinch of pepper
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- đź§„ A pinch of grated garlic
Mentaiko Sauce
- đź’§ 300ml water
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź§‚ 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
STEPS
Heat salad oil in a pan and lightly scramble the egg.
Add cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry with dashi powder, salt, pepper, and garlic paste.
Mix in chopped mizuna and green onions, stir-frying briefly.
Prepare the mentaiko sauce by combining water, chicken stock, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a pot. Heat until thickened.
Serve the fried rice on a plate and generously pour the hot mentaiko sauce over it.
