STEPS
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and peel the skin. Place it in a bowl and mash it into a paste using a fork.
Make a slit in the mentaiko and extract the contents.
Add the mentaiko, olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper to the mashed avocado. Mix well.
