INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 🐟 1/2 piece (25g) mentaiko
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 🌰 To taste white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tsp concentrated mentsuyu (3x)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, twist to separate, and remove the pit using the base of a knife. Peel the skin and cut into 1.5cm cubes.
Scoop out the mentaiko roe from its casing.
In a bowl, mix the avocado, mentaiko, and the ☆ seasonings (mentsuyu and sesame oil).
Place the cooked rice in a serving bowl, top with the avocado mixture, and place the egg yolk in the center. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
