    • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

    • 1/3 tsp consomme powder
    • šŸ§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper

Cut open the mentaiko and remove the contents. Trim the roots of kaiware sprouts.

Place the frozen udon noodles in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat at 600W for the time indicated on the package.

In another microwave-safe container, add butter and heat at 600W for 10 seconds to melt. Add flour and mix well.

Gradually add milk to the butter-flour mixture while stirring. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat at 600W for 2-2.5 minutes. Stir again.
